Texas Neuro Testing is contracted with most major health insurance companies. If you will be  using your insurance, please have your insurance card available at your consultation.

We have some brief paperwork for you to  fill out that provides us with general information about yourself and  your condition. Please have this paperwork completed before your appointment so we can see you on time. See the link to the right to download the necessary form.

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a televisit consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential testing and treatment options.

Your condition may require further testing to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. This imaging will be scheduled at a time most convenient to you and will take place in your own home. Learn more about our in-home neurological testing.
